Tattoo regulations in Spain

In Spain, tattooing is regulated by each autonomous community, so studio authorisation, required training and rules for minors differ between regions. Most communities require a sanitary authorisation for the premises and a hygiene and health course for the artist. Inks follow the EU REACH restriction and health answers fall under the GDPR.
